AB Linas Agro Group is an agribusiness Group. The first company of the group was AB Linas Agro (former UAB Linas ir viza), founded in 1991.

Currently holding AB Linas Agro Group has 20 Subsidiaries, 5 Joint Ventures and 1 Associate that are located in Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Denmark and  Estonia. The Group consists of the following companies: AB Linas Agro, a Lithuanian company engaged in international trade in agricultural products; UAB Linas Agro KŪB Grūdų centras, an operator of grain storages in Joniškis, Kėdainiai, Kupiškis, Lukšiai (Šakiai district), Pasvalys, Šiauliai and Vilkaviškis; SIA Linas Agro, a trade company in Latvia; Linas Agro A/S, an international trade company in Denmark; PJ-SC UKRAGRONPK, fertilizers production and trading company in Ukraine; ŽŪB Landvesta, a group of companies controlling agricultural land; UAB Linas Agro Konsultacijos, controlling farming companies and UAB Lignineko, a biofuel feedstock operator. The group has over 800 employees. The financial year of the companies starts on the 1st of July.

The companies of the holding are engaged in agricultural commodities trading, agricultural supplies, farming and processing of agricultural products. The company receives over 50% of income from the marketing of grain and oilseeds while 30% of income is generated from the marketing of feedstuff.
