Manufacturing of agricultural products is a solid field of business and knowledge management is the determinant that guarantees company competitiveness. Having acquired shares of several farming companies, Linas Agro has accrued their management and consultancy in one hands.

Linas Agro Konsultacijos UAB was founded in 2003 and it provides management and consulting services for farming companies in the fields of crop growing, animal husbandry, accounting, etc., prepares modernization projects. The company consists of 5 employees that manage and consult four farming companies owned by Linas Agro (Aukstadvario, Luksiu, Medeikiu, Uzupes and Sidabravo). The total turnover of the group of companies of  Linas Agro Konsultacijos UAB over the year ended June 30, 2011 amounted to LTL 39 million, i.e. 27% higher than in the corresponding period of 2009/2010 (LTL 31 million).

The companies together produced more than 32 thousand tons of grains, mostly wheat , barley and rapeseed, the output of milk amounted to 11.8 thousand tons or 14.5% more than in 2009/2010 (10.3 thousand tons).

All farming companies are subject to continuous production modernization employing own finances and participating in EU supported projects.

Production modernization projects being implemented by the farming companies that are managed by Linas Agro:

• In years 2008-2011 Sidabravo farming company  implemented project of "Nitrate directive requirement implementation and modernization of agricultural holdings".

• In years 2006-2008 Luksiu farming company implemented "Milk farm development" project and purchased various agricultural machinery, cow breeding equipment and two milking parlours.

• In years 2006-2007 Sidabravo farming company implemented "Milk farm modernization" project and purchased various agricultural machinery, forage equipment, cow breeding and milking equipment.

• In years 2005-2006 Aukstadvario farming company implemented "Milk farm machinery renovation" project and purchased various land cultivation, forage equipment and milk production equipment.

• In 2005 Sidabravo farming company implemented "Nitrate directive requirement implementation" project and purchased a liquid manure reservoir.

• In 2005 Medeikiu farming company implemented "Crop farm modernization" project and purchased two tractors.

• In years 2004-2008 Aukstadvario farming company implemented "Meeting standards" project and purchased a telehandler.

• In years 2004-2006 Luksiu farming company implemented "Nitrate directive requirement implementation" project and purchased a manure loader.

• In years 2004-2005 Luksiu farming company implemented "Feed production technology reformation in a milk farm" and purchased various agricultural machinery, constructed a tower grain elevator and a feed dispenser.

• In 2004 Aukstadvario farming company implemented "Grain crop growing modernization" project and purchased various agricultural machinery.

• In 2004 Sidabravo farming company implemented "Grain farm development" project and purchased various agricultural machinery.

• In 2003 Sidabravo farming company implemented "Soil cultivation modernization" project and purchased various agricultural machinery.

• In years 2002-2003 Luksiu farming company implemented "Milk farm and feed production technology reorganization according to the European Union Standards" and purchased various agricultural equipment, forage and milking equipment.
