The associated company Jungtine Ekspedicija UAB was established with partners in 1998, in Klaipeda. It provides cargo carriage services by ship, railway and motor transport, as well as cargo transshipment in Klaipeda and other ports, customs intermediation and transport logistics services; also selects optimal cargo shipment routes, provides cargo delivery "door to door", agency services and chartering to all ship types.

The company transports agricultural products, fertilizers, various vegetable oils, wood pellets, timber, liquid and packed chemical materials and other cargos.

Since 2004 the company belongs to Lithuanian Shipbrokers and Agents Association and is a member of Klaipeda Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Trade.

It cooperates with cargo inspection companies Inspectorate Klaipeda UAB, Sekargas ir Kompanija UAB, SGS Klaipeda Ltd.
