Vytautas Šidlauskas, Deputy Chairman of the  Management Board, born in 1963, is a graduate of Faculty of Chemistry, Kaunas University of Technology (former Kaunas Polytechnic Institute), where in 1987 obtained a diploma in Public Nutrition Technology and Management. Vytautas Šidlauskas has twenty years of experience in business management.

Since 1993 he acts as the Managing Director in UAB Gerera. Since 1999 he acts as the Trade Director of AB Linas Agro, and in addition since 2006 serves as the Member of the Management Board.

He serves as a Member of the Management Board in UAB MESTILLA and Linas Agro A/S.

Responsible for the international trading strategy of the Group and trade risk management.
